working principle
The instrument uses the principle of thermal conductivity detection, and the core detection component is a constant temperature thermal conductivity sensor with temperature compensation function. The thermal conductivity sensor consists of two chambers, each with an identical thermal conductivity meter. One of the chambers is sealed and filled with reference gas, while the other chamber receives sample gas. The controller converts the difference in thermal conductivity between the reference gas and the sample gas into the current concentration value of the detection sample gas. Instrument structure
The instrument is enclosed in a sturdy waterproof casing. It is powered by rechargeable batteries and can be used continuously for up to 8 hours (without turning on the pump). There are different gas path design options to adapt to different high and low gas source detection. The large LCD screen displays the detection concentration, as well as the information and prompts that appear when setting and calibrating the instrument using the menu, and fault codes.Optional analog outputs of 0-1V, 0-5V, 0-10V, or 4-20mA, as well as RS232/RS485/HART digital outputs.
